Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the receipt of your product to request a return. If more than 14 days has passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return. We only provide return for faulty products, in that case store credit will be issued. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be complete (straps included), unused, unworn with any tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, is exempt from being returned. 

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (exc. festive season returns).

  • All items must be sent back in the original packaging.

  • Returns will require all original labels to be attached.

  • We cannot refund any shipping costs incurred for your original purchase.

  • Return shipping will be at your own expense, unless the product is faulty. Proof of the product being faulty at the time of delivery is required. Please provide us with images and a detailed description of damage to info@rangika.com before returning your item, so that we can make it right as quickly as possible.

  • You will receive a store credit within 14 days after your returned product has been received and is deemed eligible for a refund.

To start a return, contact us at info@rangika.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the address and instructions. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any of the products are defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

  • To return your order please email us at order@rangika.com

  • We will provide you with the address to return your product

  • Please include the order invoice enclosed in your original packaging so that we are able to easily identify your order and process it quickly.

  • Pack your return items carefully to prevent damage in transit.

  • At this time, we do not offer free returns, return shipping will be at your own expense and you are able to send them using whichever method you choose. We recommend using tracked shipping, and keeping your receipt number, as we cannot take responsibility if the product becomes lost in transit.

  • Once we receive the returned product(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your product arrives and has accidentally been damaged in any way during transit, then please contact us and we will endeavour to do our best to rectify the issue.
